Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

CurePay (“CurePay”, “we”, “us”) provides payment processing, business funding and digital marketing services to businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through mycurepay.com, our forms and text messages, and our client tools (including the CurePay CRM and client marketing reports), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number and message when you fill in a form, request a consultation, apply for a service or contact us.
  • Business information: details needed to set up and support a service you ask us for, such as a payment processing or funding application.
  • Website usage: pages visited, browser and device type, IP address and similar information, collected through cookies and Google Analytics.
  • Text messaging: your mobile number and whether you have opted in or out.

2. Google user data

Some CurePay tools let you connect a Google account. You choose what to allow on Google’s consent screen, and we only access what that connection allows. Depending on the feature you connect, we access:

  • Google Analytics (read only): website traffic, engagement and conversion data for the properties you choose, to build marketing performance reports for your business.
  • Google Search Console (read only): search queries, impressions, clicks and average position for the sites you choose, for the same reports.
  • Looker Studio (read only): the names of reports you have access to, so you can link one to a client report.
  • Google Ads: campaign performance data for the ad accounts you choose, for the same reports.
  • Gmail: to send emails you write in the CRM from your own address, and to show your email conversations with a contact on that contact’s record in the CRM.
  • Your Google account email address, to show which account is connected.

How we use it. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you connected, in the ways described above and visible in the product. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, including retargeting or personalized ads. We do not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Our staff do not read it unless you ask us to (for example, for support), it is needed for security, it is required by law, or it has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Who sees it. Google user data is shown only to you and to the people at CurePay or your organization who are authorized to view the related report or record. We do not transfer it to anyone else except the service providers that host our tools on our behalf, where needed for security or to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.

Storage and security. Google user data and access credentials are stored on secured cloud infrastructure, sent only over encrypted connections, and available only to authorized systems and personnel.

Retention and deletion. We keep access to a Google account only while it is connected. You can disconnect at any time in the CRM’s Integrations settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect in the CRM, we delete the stored access credentials and stop accessing the account. Reports already produced may be kept as part of your account records; email info@curepay.com to have them deleted.

Limited Use. CurePay’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as hosting, analytics and communications providers), with the processing and banking partners needed to set up a service you ask for, when required by law or to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
